The mission of Visit Fresno County, a destination management organization, is to promote the Fresno/Clovis region to all travel markets. In partnership with the hospitality industry, Visit Fresno County generates increased visitor spending, local tax receipts and job development.

Visit Fresno County's sales team is here to help you with your event needs, whether you're hosting a meeting, convention or sporting event. Our team offers the following complimentary services:

- Provide Hotel Response Packet for Planner

- Discount Convention Center Meeting Space

- Schedule & Conduct Personalized Site & City Tours

Housing Coordination

We offer complimentary housing services for any event booked through our office and utilizing three or more hotels. We provide a customized website that links to your website and will process online hotel reservations. Advanced notice is required for this service.

Event Servicing 

Our team has a dedicated and knowledgeable Events & Servicing Coordinator to provide assistance leading up to and during your event. 

Promotion and Marketing Materials

Visit Fresno County can provide strong marketing and research support ahead of and during your event. 

Group Tour Planning and Entertainment

Visit Fresno County can assist in any of your groups' needs while visiting the region. We can help you build a one-of-a-kind off-site activity to enhance your meeting/event.

Civic Liaison

Visit Fresno County can provide welcome letters to your organization from Fresno’s city, county and civic officials.

Collateral Materials

Our office can provide materials to help your attendees navigate our city and plan a return visit. the materials are complimentary and can be provided to you as registration packets or we can set up a visitor information booth. You make the call; just let us know 30 days in advance.
